Pump and Valve Restoration

We service sanitary pumps and valves and restore them to original factory specifications. Below is a list of common tasks we perform to restore pumps and valves.
  • Machining on pumps and valves to restore to factory condition
  • CNC machining of all critical dimensions to insure accuracy
  • Welding to repair frames and other items
  • Grit blasting and hot wash vat & steam cleaning
  • Manufacturing shafts and small weldments/brackets, etc
  • Final painting

At K & M Pump Services, we have established routines and proven procedures for the rebuilding and testing of all types of sanitary pumps & valves. See our Repair Process Sheet for more information on the basic flow through our facility. 

Once the item is uncrated or removed from the shipping package, the pump and/or valve is cleaned and has a preliminary inspection to determine its condition as described in the Repair Process Sheet. Each inspection group has it’s own record sheet and the appropriate information is recorded. The final evaluation includes what is required to restore the device to factory specification, and if required or requested, a quote is submitted.
