Valve Component Cleaning and Repair

The photos below show the cleaning that every valve component receives during a K&M rebuild. Each part is cleaned by an ultrasonic parts washer as well as steam cleaned to remove any additional debris.

 The ultrasonic parts washer (below, left) cleans parts at 176 degrees Fahrenheit and removes heavy grime from stainless components.

After wet end parts are cleaned via ultrasonic parts washer, each individual part is steam cleaned (below, right) to remove any further debris.
